How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues? When doing this video, we used a lot of the angles, editing and filming techniques that were researched in our research blog. An example of this would be the fade in and fade out that was used in the beginning and end of the video. Which was shown in the Selena Gomez music video called who says where it fades In and out at the beginning and end of the video. Some of the Camera angles include over the shoulder shot, 3-shot, 2- shot, long shots, and establishing shot. As for movements, we mostly used a pan since it helped to show the movement of the characters and where they were going. For sound it was mostly filmed with non- diegetic sound as well as the male lead characters singing which we got from the Demi Lavato so ng Heart attack . As for costumes we had the male lead wear glasses this was because in some of Justin Biebers earlier songs he would wear sunglasses. F...

Hey blog it me coming again with my last blog for this project Today I cut all the dance scene since I the music video was too long and I needed it to fit in the given time range.  Then there was the issue of the music I had some trouble getting the sound onto the music video. Since Cap cut didn't have the correct song for the music video I went to a few websites and streaming platforms to get the song. That didn't work so I had to download an app that allowed me to record the song then add it to the music video. It took a while for me to get the hang of the app since I had to record the song like three times. The first time the video wouldn't stop so it recorded and unnecessary amount of the music video. The second time I recorded the song I realize you couldn't really hear the song so I had to make a few adjustments to the app. Eventually I was able to get the song to be heard on the recording it turns out all I had to do was switch the audio setting.  hey blog its me coming back with a new post! Today I started to edit the music video for this class with the help of my teammates of course. Recently I was sent over the clips and scenes from filming then I started to edit the music video. Of course there was a few things that needed to be done before I could start adding effects and transitions to the video. The videos that were sent to me had no specific order so the first thing I had to do was look was look through each video. When I was doing this I made sure to leave out some of the unnecessary scenes that we already had. While i did that I made a list of the video so that when I added them into Cap Cut it would be in the correct order. The reason for this is just because I feel like its easier to do that just add the randomly and try and figure out how to organize them. hey its me again coming in with a new blog! My teammates sent over the videos from Tuesday so now I can start editing but I'll leave that for another blog, so lets talk about filming. Recently, I talked about the first two scenes of the music video and why they were so important Today I wanted to talk about the other scenes in the video that I think is important for the power struggle. In the first few scenes we see the male lead admiring the female lead from afar while the female is not aware of it. Eventually, when the male lead was sitting on the floor with his friend while studying. The male leads friend eventually convinces the male lead to talk  to the female lead while the female lead went to get something to eat. Hello blog its your favorite blogger coming in with a new blog! I have great news me and my team finally finished filming we finished it on Tuesday. I am still waiting for my teammates to send over the video so that I can begin editing as soon as possible. So far I have only seen some of the videos involving including one of the main  characters dancing. They were of course dancing to the agreed upon song choice which was Love me by Justin Bieber. They were also wearing the prop sunglasses that was mentioned earlier in a previous blog. This scene was filmed outside on the sidewalk near the parking lot of the library, AKA Barnes and Nobles. We decided this since it was the most convenient place to film outside of Barnes and Nobles. Then there is another scene we did which was on the first scenes in the music video.  Hey Blog its me your favorite blogger coming in with a new blog! Today we will be talking about the roles my group and I decided to take um order to get the music video done accurately. We decided yo give each other certain roles based on area of expertise so that it would be easier to finish the music video. Actually will dabble within the other regions at certain points so that we will be given a basic understanding of what us needed to make the music video. Mostly so we all would get the full experience of filming a video and all the other aspects of it.
