Production Blog: Final Task

Hey its your favorite blogger coming in with a new blog! Today I will be talking the process for filming the opening sequence for our film. We started filming on February 20, since this was the day when all of our schedules aligned and when we would be able to get the most filming done. Let me just start off by saying that this was not filmed in the order of beginning to end. We started filming around the noon, we had around four characters on set and the first scene we did was the scene at target. We filmed the scene when out main protagonist saw the antagonist watching them from the distance. This was kind of weird to film since this scene was in a very public setting and there was plenty of people passing behinds us. Not to mention it was especially awkward when someone needed to grab something from the shelf behind us. Production Blog: Final Task

Hey guys its your favorite blogger coming in with a new blog! Throughout the process of filming we had to deal with very tight schedules so by just finding a day where we could all film felt like a miracle. Today we filmed the majority of the scenes for our opening sequence of the film. Everyone came over to Giovanna's house ready, prepped and in the right mindset to start filming. It was my first time that we used these actors/friends in any of our film. Except for of course our protagonist he was briefly in our last film/music video. These actors are friends of Giovanna's one of my teammates, and they are friends from her church. There was of course introductions amongst me and my team mates with these actors. The first stop though was Target I didn't go though I had to make sure that everything was ready back at the house. Production Blog: Final Task

Hey guys its your favorite blogger coming in with a new blog! Today we finished filming all the scenes we couldn't finish on our last filming day. Since there was only a few scenes left, great care was taken to make sure these last few scenes were shot perfectly.  The scenes that were filmed today included any and all flash back and running scenes. This was very difficult due to location and schedule conflicts but eventually we decided on a good day to film. Some of these scenes were shot at a church since that would make the flashback scene seem more realistic. It does this by providing a location change different from any of our previous known locations like Target of Giovanna's home. We kind of got this out of a random place though, I really didn't think we needed a different location but after some thought I think it makes sense. By having this scene take place in a different location it would make it seem that our protagonist could not have known what would happen. See...
